CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
If you’d like to return your order, just contact us at info@fourty2fathoms.com.au and we’ll get the process started.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We take pride in quality, but if your product arrives faulty or damaged, please email us at info@fourty2fathoms.com.au within 30 days of delivery with a photo and description.
We’ll send out a replacement or offer a full refund — no dramas.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene reasons, any used products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Customised or personalised products are also not eligible for return unless defective.
